Senior Bookkeeper

Full time senior female bookkeeper

Must have senior bookkeeper diploma or accounting diploma

Full functionality on Pastel Payroll, Pastel Partner and Sage One online

Candidates with knowledge of exports, exchange losses/gains and payments via the Advance Import Payment (AIP) will be preferred above other candidates

Full accounting function to be done by the internal bookkeeper, up to final trial balance.

Day to day inhouse bookkeeping duties to be fulfilled, including, but not limited to:

Daily update of bank accounts on accounting system

Debtors invoicing, statements and follow ups

Creditors capturing and overseeing thereof.

Monthly payroll processing and payments

Capturing of payments on bank account

UIF monthly declarations

VAT calculation and reconciliation, assist external accountant with VAT audits (documentation)

Any other inhouse bookkeeping functions
