Schedule for the Dental Administrator:

Monday: 12:00 PM - 7:00PM

Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00PM

Wednesday: CLOSED - Open 1 Wednesday/month

Thursday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00PM (2-3x/month!)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Administrator:

1 Year of Dental Experience Required

Software: Dentrix

Oversee daily activities of the front desk

Manage and coordinate insurance verification

Coordinate schedules with hygiene and dentists

Treatment presentation

Collect co-payments
