Leasing Accountant

Where: Position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Glen Allen, VA
Hybrid role: 2 days in office
Responsibilities:
Processing resident security deposit refunds
Processing resident corrections
Preparing of daily report
Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel
Detail Oriented
Organized
Ability to multi-task a must
