We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the project vision and roadmap for a few of our clients. In this role, you'll work closely with all aspects of the business (Engineering, Experience Design, and Accounts) through all stages of the project life cycle to ideate, define, and execute on the strategy and roadmap. You'll be an advocate for the client, the end user, and the internal team, bridging the gaps between various stakeholders and the roadmap using research, data, and experience.

This is a remote opportunity, but we're looking for US-Based individuals. We're not able to provide visa sponsorships at this time.

Manage 1-2 large large/enterprise projects.

Lead weekly client-facing meetings and serve as a strategy lead on projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope while adhering to established methodology and processes.

Manage all project finances by tracking hours and cost against budget on a weekly basis, project future expenditures and revenue and manage project scope changes against budget.

Be a source of authority and advice to project managers.

Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, including creation of user stories, facilitation of functional requirements documentation, etc.

Scope and estimate new client projects; create & maintain detailed project plans and other project artifacts.

Create Statements of Work (SOW) for new client engagements.

Create weekly status reports, project schedules, milestone plans and deliverable progress reports.

Serve as the main point of contact for client communications related to projects.

Ensure client business needs and requirements are met.

Lead client engagement efforts, including leading strategy, new business opportunities, QBR's, etc.

Required to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within client organization and pursue these opportunities in collaboration with the sales organization.What you need to be successful:

7 to 10 years of project management experience

Strong background leading cross functional, multi-project teams

3 to 4 years of experience managing and delivering digital strategy, creative and interactive web development solutions

3 to 4 years of experience managing multiple projects across 2 to 3 external clients simultaneously

Experience working in agile/scrum; CSM certification is a plus
