Job Description
Salary: $72,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to run the corporate books through QuickBooks Online (QBO) and manage our accounting activities through existing procedures and apps.
The ideal candidate will be experienced at handling a wide range of accounting activities such as payables, receivables, payroll, employee benefits and policy enforcement.
Other responsibilities include:
Ensuring payables and receivables are processed on time and accurately through Quick Books Online (QBO)
Must be "tech savvy" to run QBO and other accounting apps
Monthly reconciliations
Payroll processing through QuickBooks Assisted Payroll
Daily Bank Feeds
Working with TSR team to ensure accuracy of invoices through our Purchase Order system
Prepare and enter journal entries for fixed assets and depreciation
Obtaining and keeping accurate information pertaining to W-9, COI’s and up to date vendor information
Responsible for maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Review and preparation of local state tax forms
Review of quarterly taxes with corporate accountant & year end preparation
Working closely with company CEO on a daily basis
House Tasks as required; Answering calls, Office Support
Requirements:
5+ Years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
5+ Years of high level experience responsible for multi-million dollar books
5+ Years working directly with CEO or equivalent
10+ Years administrative; working in fluid environments, multi-tasking and critical thinking ability
Must be highly organized; maintain near perfect records, minimal mistakes.
Clean Background Check both Criminal and Credit
Must sign confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement
Experience with BambooHR is a plus!
