As a Production Associate, you’ll be responsible for assembling and inspecting electrical components for all major carmakers, heavy-duty manufacturers, and the automotive aftermarket (think power seat motors and windshield wiper systems). You will thrive in this role if you are reliable, willing to learn, and enjoy fast-paced work.

We offer Production Associates:

A pay rate starting at $16 - $16.55 per hour, depending on the shift

Opportunities on all three shifts

The ability to be hired in after 90 days

Can accurately operate machinery and air-activated tools to assemble product

Understand the importance of a safe working environment

Have basic math, reading, communication skills

Can spot a flaw from a mile away thanks to your keen eye for detail

Are goal orientated and will work to exceed production rates and lean manufacturing targets

Are able able to read, write and speak English

Will take an active role in improving production processes

Can lift, move, and carry up to 35 lbs

Rather be on your feet all day than behind a desk

Think safety glasses and steel-toed boots are a fashion must have
