Estate Planning Associate Attorney

Requirements:

1-6 years of experience as a trust and estates attorney

Experience in probate a plus

Vast knowledge of estate planning, succession planning, income, gift, and tax law related to wealth transference

Licensed to practice in Ohio

Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player

Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
