Social Media/Marketing Manager

At Uncle Jack's Meat House, we are a legendary award-winning brand in the Restaurant industry. As part of our growing restaurant group, we are seeking an experienced, professional, and talented Full-Time College Intern, Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our social media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media accounts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, knack for storytelling, and a strong understanding of social media analytics.

Social Media/Marketing Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others

- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends

- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and providing recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of our social media efforts and make data-driven decisions

- Engage with followers, build relationships, and foster a sense of community around our brand

- Work with influencers and partners to enhance the reach and impact of our social media efforts

- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in social media algorithms, and new features on social platforms

- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

Social Media/Marketing Manager Skills & Qualifications:

- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

- Must have a social media following: TikTok/Instagram/Facebook

- 3 + years of professional Social Media/Marketing experience required

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

- Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands

- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools

- Strong understanding of social media analytics and deep knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging and shareable content

- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- A positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- A solid understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and online marketing principles

- Experience in social media advertising and knowledge of paid social strategies

Salary: $800.00 weekly

Schedule:

Flexible Schedule Required

- Shift Varies (4 - 8 hours daily)

- Monday to Friday

- Holidays/Weekend availability/Night availability
