Job Summary:
- Delivering high quality standards for customer service from 1Am till 7AM.
- Call clients to give them the needed info or query (E-mail, voicemail, etc )
Responsibilities
o Answer Inbound Calls either for services to customers or marketing inquiries:
Research required information using available resources,
Respond to customer inquiries
Send complaint if any to Customer Care or concerned.
Process requests, forms and applications
Handle Sales and Marketing inquiries:
o Provide customers with product and service information.
o Handle and resolve customer complaints.
o Identify and escalate priority issues.
o Route calls to appropriate resource.
o Follow up customer calls where necessary.
o Complete call logs.
o Produce call reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
