Revenue Management

Via Existing Dealers Network

Set target in coordination with the DRM Head and RM (Considering Existing, New & Traded Products, New products investment)

Develop a detailed plan to identify the revenue potential towards the target

Dealers Network Expansion:

Identify New territories, new dealers/sub-dealers to bridge the gap (Process to be followed for How Part of it)

Review

Revenue Specific:

Ensure that revenue targets from each dealer and sudealer for the assigned regions are met for the set period (Monthly/Quarterly).

Forecasting:

Review stock on a regular basis at dealer locations and ensure

replenishment as per the company policy

Collections:

Responsible for collection of payments from dealer and sub-dealers for the region assigned with adherence to credit and payment norms.

Dealer Support

Marketing:

All products awareness- Existing, New, launching.

Responsible for conducting marketing activities to increase awareness about the brand and products.

Policy Implementation:

Help to create awareness about Selec Policies and implementation (Schedule order, payment, Customer wise rate contract etc)

Data Management

Customer Data: Audit of sales customer matching with dealers and are linked, ensure the connect between customers buying from dealers' shelf are linked with respective sales person.

Competitive Intelligence Keep-up with industry and market trends and best practices. Collect feedback from the market and share with design team.

Dealer Relationship Management

Maintaining Existing Relationships by regularly meetings and connect

Resolving issues: Collect regular feedback from distributors/dealers bring them to a logical conclusion it includes service, Qc etc.

Monitoring Performance & Reporting Business Metrics

Dealers Health Chart : Analyse captured data and create dashboards /MIS to report performance on a regular basis to the management.

Participate in regional reviews with the on-ground sales teams to ensure that sales targets are met.

Ensure corrective actions are taken on risks and deviations identified during the reviews.
