Responsibilities:
• Implement, monitor, track, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of partners, providing visibility to
the milestones and performance across all partner initiatives
• Coordinate, plan, and support all partner meetings, internal planning sessions and initiatives across a
portfolio of partners.
• Own and report weekly metrics as decided by the global alliance leader.
• Create templates and processes for QBR's (quarterly business reviews), partner business plans, and
other key deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day operations of strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of partnership objectives.
• Partner with teams across the business to source, allocate and coordinate resources.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing strategies to enhance results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities,
and sales initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on partnership performance and ROI for senior management.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new partnership opportunities and market trends.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to partnerships and alliances.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in alliance management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Must be proficient and expert in all Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must be available for overlap with Eastern Standard Time Zone.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all
levels.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
