Hybrid Working

Structured hybrid role:

At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, 'anchor', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please discuss the working pattern requirements for the role you are applying for with the hiring manager. Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.

Introduction:

As a Salesforce developer, he/she shall

. Develop technical solutions based on the Salesforce platform

. Integration of the Salesforce solutions with the enterprise applications using tools and strategies as laid down by the architecture teams

. Conduct technical UT's and work in partnership with the test and business consultants.

. Achieve Salesforce.com certification requirements as commensurate to his/her role.

What will you be doing

. Customise/Code/Integrate to deliver requirements

. Testing support during the change lifecycle

. Ensure Devops process defined is followed

. Adhere to established development standards, guidelines and methodologies

What we're looking for:

. Exposure to Data security and regulatory controls

. Exposure to one or more of Sales, Service, Community or Financial Service Cloud

. Possesses Salesforce Certifications as commensurate to his/her role

Skills that will help you in the role:

. Demonstrated proficiency in building solutions using CRM/Client technology/Salesforce in Banking and Finance domain

. Experience in Configuration/Customization of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud

. Experience in Salesforce Lightning build.

. Exposure to integration of CRM/Client technology/Salesforce with Enterprise applications

. Understands different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies and milestones within a project, and the required documentation needs.

. Excellent organisational skills

. Excellent written & oral communication skills
