As a Warehouse Supervisor at Mensa Brands, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our warehouse operations in Bangalore. Y

our primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the warehouse, from receiving and storing goods to order fulfillment and shipment.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in warehouse management and logistics to join our team.

Responsibilities :

1. Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day activities within the warehouse to ensure efficient and effective operations.

2. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement measures to minimize stock discrepancies.

3. Receiving and Dispatch: Supervise the receiving and dispatch processes to ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods.

4. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer demands promptly.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products are handled and stored in compliance with safety and quality standards.

6. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance productivity and teamwork.

7. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper usage of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling tools.

8. Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement effective solutions to optimize efficiency.

9. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free warehouse environment.

10. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and any relevant metrics.

Qualifications and Skills :

1. Proven experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

2. Educational background: A bachelors degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

3. Leadership: Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and guide warehouse personnel.

4. Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions to resolve operational challenges.

5. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and vendors effectively.

6. Organizational skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

7. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software is advantageous.
