Desired Skills

Must have excellent Kannada or Tamil or Telugu Communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities along good proficiency in English.

Age criteria: 21 - 30 max

Must have a smartphone or Laptop in excellent working condition with the proper signal and good internet connectivity.

Not active in any tech courses,

Not pursuing any degree or PG

Not preparing for government exams.

Whom We Consider For a Sales Position

Anyone working in the Edtech Industry, IT sales, Overseas Education, or career Counselor with a good track record of conversions can apply

If you are a fresher and have good convincing skills or have sales knowledge or real-time work experience and are now interested in a similar role in Sales.

Budget/CTC: 3.6 LPA + Incentives can earn up to 3 LPA

You need to convince students to take up the client-offered courses and do sales.

Convince students to attend webinar/seminar conducted every Sunday by the TOP IIT students.

Work Profile

Make Outbound calls to students and generate sales-qualified leads

Take responsibility for the entire sales process like Cold calls, follow-ups

Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.

Meeting weekly and monthly targets.
