Work Responsibility

To raise indent for materials as per site requirement and issue GRN.

Maintain the day-to-day records of material inward & material outward

To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.

Supervising Loading & Unloading the material which is received from Suppliers.

Receipt of material Physical receipt and Make entry in software.

Issues Material Physical and make entry in software.

Takes Monthly, Half-yearly, and Annual inventory and make Reports.

Organize & store inventory in designated areas ensuring items are properly labelled and easily accessible.

Perform regular stocks checks to maintain accurate inventory records.

Monitor inventory levels & inform the purchaser of low stock items.
