Job Description

Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.

To work on the sample preparation and executing the planned experiments in DSC [Differential Scanning Calorimeter].

To ensure the required raw material and reactor readiness before starting the reaction.

To work on the sample preparation and executing the planned experiments in ARSST [ Advanced reactive system screening tool]

To work on the preparation of program needed for execution of the planned experiments in RC1e [Reaction Calorimeter].

Executing the planned experiments inRC1e along with GEK [Gas Evolution Kit – To Advanced reactive system screening tool].

Listing out the process safety needs during the lab demo batches considering the feasibility on process safety equipment's.

Preparation of control program in such a way that it simulates the worst case scenario on plant scale.

To work on the preparation of program needed for execution of the planned experiments in EasyMax 402.

Executing the planned experiments in Easymax 402.

Preparing the report related to preliminary screening and Hazard evaluation.

Following Safety by design during operation and planning of experiments.

Ensuring Good Housekeeping in the respective fume hoods as well as entire lab.

Usage of Proper personnel protective equipment as per requirement.

Ensuring the availability of the spares and proper maintenance of the instruments.

Planning and coordinating with vendor for AMC of the instruments.

Planning and coordinating with third party consultants for conducting powder safety studies.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION:

Graduate in B.E / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)

Experience

3-7 years of Pharma Industry experience – API background
