Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Analyst Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Ridhira Living - Building World's Largest Chain Of Wellness Themed Resort Living Communities. As a Quality Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role as a Quality Analyst Specialist

Knowledge of outbound sales processes and call monitoring

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in training and quality assurance

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct regular call audits and monitor outbound sales calls to assess the quality of customer interactions

Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the sales team

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the quality of sales calls

Work closely with the sales team to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes

Maintain and update quality monitoring databases and reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
