The MSDM detailed responsibilities are:

Monitor and report on the operational and financial performance of the service delivery unit for a specific customer contract to the RDM MSIP, based on the WLA requirements;

Maintain Periodic Formal Governance with MSIP to ensure regular update of important activities, initiatives WLA KPIs Status;

Initiate and drive improvement plans to correct operational or financial performance deviations towards a specific WLA;

Initiate and drive improvement plans to correct operational or financial performance deviations towards the global benchmark and targets,

Manage the hand-over of resources, services and activities to the GSI to fulfil or expand the WLA scope, securing the availability of the required capacity and the operational readiness of the centre;

Reinforce, establish, support and execute Continual Service Improvement initiatives for the activities performed under a specific WLA scope;

Working pro-actively to continuously improve the financial and the operational performance of the delivery units as well as the processes used in our delivery, as part of Continual Service Improvement initiatives.

You will bring

Core Competencies

Deep understanding of the managed service delivery business requirements;

Familiar with Ericsson Service Delivery Portfolio for BL Managed Services;

Familiar with the Ericsson assessment programs for certification

Key Qualification

Degree in Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science. MBA preferred.

ITIL, PMP, technical certifications are added advantages.

Industry experience: Candidate should have relevant experience of a minimum 8 to14 years with managed services and operations. Preferably with 5 years external experience acquired working for operators in an operations management area.

Technical and/or functional skills: IT or Telecom domain.
