Project Manager

Deliver exceptional customer service to all Clients (clients, vendors and internal resources).

Lead Implementation and Professional Services Projects of new and existing iCIMS Customers.

Assist with the development and management of project scope, issues and customer concerns while continually setting client expectations.

Follows iCIMS Project methodology and best practices.

Works with clients to coordinate training.

Handle data conversion process, data validation, and system testing.

Support various Data Connections between iCIMS and 3rd party vendors (CSV, XML, Web Services API).

Qualifications

3+ years experience in project management.

Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional partners

Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse collaborators.

Proficiency with Smartsheets, Salesforce and Financial Force.
