Primary Purpose:

The Permanent Part Timer is an ambassador to Coach and contributes to the business by supporting stockroom duties, store sales at the same time hosting clients’ in store that meets or exceeds Coach expectations.

Sales Floor

Maintain high and positive energy on sales floor

Deliver warm, memorable and elevated experiences to clients by extending product knowledge and brand history

Client-telling, embrace and host customers to maintain long term business relationship

Meet monthly sales target (prorated based on working days in a month)

Stockroom / Back of house (BOH)

Housekeeping, store maintenance and organization of stock room

Perform tallying and stock replenishment

Manage store to store stocks transfer

Enforce maintenance & housekeeping standards are adhered to at all times

Requirements

Long Term Permanent Part Timer

Must have at least 1 year retail experience

Flexible to work on Weekends & Public Holidays according to business needs

Effectively communication with customers and colleagues in English

Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements, and store climbing requirements

Basic knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills
