Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months, we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

GO WFO has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.

GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

ROLE: FRONT END DEVELOPER

The Front End Developer at GO WFO focuses on designing and developing intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across devices. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, leverages modern technologies like React and Node.js, and stays updated on the latest frontend development trends, all while prioritizing user engagement and platform optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop the front-end design and architecture which is appealing and user-friendly.

Lead the design and development of intuitive user interfaces for the GO WFO platforms and applications.

Construct the server-side, back-end applications, and architecture.

Build manage the functioning of the database.

Develop efficient APIS.

Check the responsiveness of the application and make improvements if required.

Work closely with the designing teams to discuss the web design features.

Make sure the application ad hereto both the technical needs and the user’s needs.

Watch the whole development cycle of applications including their proper deployment.

Keep in mind the development of applications and functions with proper mobile responsive design.

Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to enhance the working of the software.

Work on the updates, debuting, and troubleshooting of the software.

Job Skills:

Proven experience as a developer and In web3 space.

Good Project management skills and organizational skills.

Master in the front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.

Proficiency in server-side, back-end languages and Javascript Frameworks, for example, Java, Python, Amber, Next JS, etc.

Familiarity with database languages such as MongoDB, MySQL, etc.

Good knowledge of web servers and UI/UX design.

Good team working skills and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.

An analytical mind with great attention to detail.
