We are currently leveraging Web3 technologites to add dimension and depth to blockchain narratives more aligned with music, cultural, and scientific zeitgeist, leveraging AI, NFTs, and other technologies. Our unique approach harnesses both historical and contemporary wisdom, channeling these into modern digital formats that foster a vibrant ecosystem where cultural depth enriches technological advancements.

POSITION OVERVIEW: EXPERT SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

As a Part-Time Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting the online presence and enhancing the visibility of our innovative projects. Your expertise in social media management will help establish and grow our digital footprint, ensuring our projects resonate with and engage a global audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Presence: Establish and maintain a strong online identity that accurately represents our technological innovation and project goals.

Content Creation: Develop engaging content that highlights our projects' features, updates, and technological advancements. This includes posts, videos, and interactive media tailored to different social media platforms.

Audience Engagement: Foster an interactive community by managing and responding to social media interactions. Implement strategies to increase engagement and audience retention.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the vision and value of our projects. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and provide insights on content and strategy optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in social media management, with a portfolio that demonstrates successful growth and engagement strategies.

Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and understanding their unique algorithms and user demographics.

Content Creation Skills: Strong ability in creating visually appealing and compelling content tailored to specific social media channels.

Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic, technologically driven environment.

COMPENSATION:

Equity Allocation: Initially, compensation will be primarily in the form of equity allocations from our upcoming projects. Following the launch, monetary compensation packages will be evaluated based on project success and individual performance. This approach aligns our team's interests with the long-term success of our initiatives.
