Sales Representative - DSD Specialist Fresh Seafood

Maximum Seafood (Maximum) is a subsidiary of Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (PBHC) is one of the largest suppliers of live, fresh and frozen seafood products in Canada to wholesale, foodservice and retail customers. Located in Vaughan Ontario, Maximum employs approximately 90 employees, has a strong history of organic growth and has contributed significantly to numerous PBHC seafood platform acquisitions in Ontario.

As our DSD Sales Specialist, you be responsible for assisting with the management of our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business with the Loblaws Group.

Ideal candidates would be expected to provide “hands on” guidance and direction to warehouse staff on order preparation and customer service. The idea candidate should have a strong background in the Fresh Seafood Industry and be prepared to work 6 days per week.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

§ Receive orders electronically from stores and enter same into our ERP system, Sage 300 (ACC PAC)

§ Prepare volume totals by banner for warehouse team to set product aside.

§ Prepare picking slips for order preparation and assist/guide warehouse staff during the order preparation process.

§ Respond to customer enquiries on order preparation, timing of delivery and post delivery issues

§ Negotiate sales blitz promotions with stores with aim of growing sales volume and/or moving excess product.

§ Identify and resolve all customer enquiries or concerns

§ To assist with any other task assigned by the CEO, General Manager or Senior Sales Team as required.
