Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations!

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.

Develop and nurture strong connections with important customers and individuals involved in the business.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices industry.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and other relevant parties.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
