Job Description

Responsible for leading a group of 15-20 non-union CNC machinists and assemblers in a high precision CNC machining environment

Responsible for driving metrics, KPI’s, lean, safety and quality

Will lead the floor by mentoring, coaching and training employees

Will drive efficiencies through out the facility and ensure on time delivery is being met

Key Requirements

3+ years in a supervisory capacity

CNC machining background is preferred but will consider metal product – forging, stamping, weld/fab, roll forming background

Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
