Position Summary:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance team. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing WELL’s strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and business support to senior management. You leverage broad financial planning process and systems experience and are comfortable shifting between strategic and tactical priorities and focus in a high-pace, high-growth healthcare technology company. The position will report directly to the SVP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.

What you will be doing:

Lead WELL's strategic financial planning and analysis activities including the preparation of annual operating plans and budgets, forecasts and monthly financial reports for senior management.

Collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis to support tactical and strategic decision making.

Develop and manage ongoing financial planning calendar, including coordination with business unit leaders, functional leaders and other stakeholders.

Develop and/or maintain consolidated financial models including but not limited to multi-year calendar based and rolling forecasts for P&L, balance sheet and cash flows.

Design, implement and maintain planning systems and tools that help drive efficient business processes and outputs for proactive business management.

Help develop, monitor and analyze critical success metrics through enhanced dashboards and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.

Provide support in connection with the monthly close process and coordinate with Accounting team to drive Balance Sheet and P&L accuracy.

Support the Corporate Development team on high-priority projects, including strategic transactions and capital allocation decisions.

Initiate proactive business dialogue and challenge assumptions to ensure sound financial decisions and strong business performance.

Supervise, develop and lead FP&A team members by managing timelines and performance, setting goals and objectives, and providing ongoing mentorship and training.

Drive continuous improvements for and compliance with internal controls, policies, processes and procedures used in the FP&A department.

You have:

Professional designation of CPA or CFA.

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant FP&A experience in a corporate environment with an increasing level of seniority and responsibility.

Structured, disciplined and organized with strong modeling, forecasting and analytical skills.

Ability to take complex business issues, analyze problems, propose solutions in a way that is simple to understand.

Strong aptitude with financial tools & systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems and financial planning tools. Planning system implementation experience an asset.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to take initiative, lead by example, and establish effective and collaborative working relationships.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and high level of comfort when presenting to senior management.

Ability to manage concurrent deliverables and work effectively in a high pace growth environment.

Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Demonstrated high level of integrity and ethics.

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization. At WELL, we believe in fair and equitable compensation, and our goal is to offer a competitive salary that reflects the value and expertise of the selected candidate.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
