Live In House Manager

Job Description

Addiction Treatment of Maryland is in need of an experienced House Manager. The House Manager assists in providing a stable, drug free supportive environment, conducive to early recovery. House manager's reinforce company policies and procedures and report directly to the Program Director.

Education and Skills Required:

High School Diploma/G.E.D Required

A minimum of 1 year experience in substance abuse required.

CPR & First Aid ( Willing to obtain)

Narcan Certification (Willing to obtain)

Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of the discipline.

Adheres to the facility ethics code

Knowledge of ADM guidelines.

Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.

Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written Skills.

Knowledge of Drug-Free workplace.

Knowledge of Workplace Violence Prevention.

Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes regarding client confidentiality laws.

Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance.

Responsibility:

Responsible for the safety and well being of the clients in your house.

Be aware of everyone, meds, follow up when individuals leave the hours, etc.

Communicate any client related concerns to the Housing Director

Manage and coordinate the recovery residence

Enforce House Rules

Assist with treatment planning

Oversee house activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $350.00 per week
