Delivery Drivers

Job Description

Delivery Drivers strive to get every order to the customer's door with the best experience. Providing your own vehicle and motor vehicle insurance is mandatory for this role. We are looking for hard working independent individuals who have reliable transportation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Pick up deliveries and be routed by dispatch team

· Deliver orders to customers residents

· Provide excellent customer service

· Complete checklist to ensure vehicle is safe and operable to drive

Compensation: $15/hour plus an additional $.58/mile. including tips.

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST PROVIDE OWN MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE

Communication Skills

· Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.

· Follow the chain of command set in place when question or issues evolve

· Able to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.

Mathematical Skills

· Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

· Able to use a calculator.

· Must be able to calculate percentages and ratios.

· Must be able to make change using American monetary units.

Physical Demands

· This position requires constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing.

· Must be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours.

· Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.

· May occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.

Work Hours

· Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
