Accounting Clerk;

STRONG UNDERSTANDING IN QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP/ONLINE, ACCT PAYABLE/RECEIVEABLE. PAYROLL, 6 WEEK CONTRACT

Greeting and directing visitors, customers and guests

Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages and handling queries and complaints

Handling office correspondence, such as mail, email and fax

Maintaining office supplies, records, calendars and schedules

Performing data entry and other clerical tasks
