Payroll Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager for a direct hire opportunity.

Must have ADP Workforce Now experience.

Pay up to $150,000

Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager:

Will be responsible for processing payroll for 1500 EE for multiple locations/states

Must have heavy payroll auditing experience

Will manage and oversee the full cycle payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the payroll

Must have strong understanding of multi-state payroll, state regulations, meal premiums and overtime rules

Will develop, implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures and ensure best practices

Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurately, including taxes, deductions and benefits

Will oversee and lead the payroll team and provide training and guidanceRequirements for the Payroll Manager:

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of full cycle payroll processing

Must have ADP WFN experience

Proficient in Excel - vlookup and pivot tables

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
