Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Tampa, FL (33607) -- onsite five days a week

Shift Options: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm OR Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8pm

Training for the first week will be 9am-1pm then the next three weeks will be training from 9am-5:30pm

Duration: 3-month contract-to-hire

Compensation: $16/hr to $17.50/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Must Haves:

1+ years of customer service experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Must be willing and able to ascertain licensure within 6 months (440 & 620)

Experience working with Microsoft Outlook (1+ years of experience required)

Demonstrated ability to navigate through multiple systems and software's while on the phone with customers

Plusses:

440 & 620 Customer Service Representative Licensure

Property and casualty experience

Fluency in Spanish or other languages

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global's national insurance client is seeking to grow their claims support team. The ideal candidate serves as a liaison between external customers, clients and internal staff.
