CORPORATE SUMMARY

Salt Creek Midstream (SCM) is a greenfield midstream company built to provide a full suite of midstream services and downstream solutions to producers in the Delaware Basin. SCM leverages fundamental and intra-basin knowledge to optimize the value of producer resources, reduce bottlenecks and deliver higher netbacks to the producer.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and accuracy of crude oil measurement equipment in the assigned area which includes but not limited to flow computers, Coriolis meters, ultrasonic meters, automated ball proving systems, automated crude oil sample systems, SCADA equipment, regulators, and transducers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

inspect, test, adjust, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate crude measurement & control equipment, crude chromatography equipment, and SCADA equipment.

problems with measurement equipment, sample system equipment, and prover system equipment making corrections to volumes as needed and provide supporting documentation.

product volumes through the measurement system and ensure all volume and product quality corrections are applied correctly.

and apply electrical and electronic schematics pertaining to oil measurement equipment.

all facets of assigned facilities to ensure accurate measurement and maintaining the product “lost and unaccounted for” with a high degree of ownership and within the established corporate goals.

audits of custody transfer and control data when necessary.

for the general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment as needed.

the construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties.

report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.

appropriate documentation and paperwork.

all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory and tariff requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS

to troubleshoot pneumatic, electronic, and electrical equipment and controls.

to perform basic mechanical work associated with site facilities.

Education and/or Experience:

degree in a technical field; Relevant work experience that has developed equivalent technical/measurement related skills may be considered in lieu of degree.

proficiency level in MS Office applications.

with crude/Gas oil measurement including but not limited to electronic flow measurement computers, crude/Gas oil automatic sampling equipment, SCADA equipment, electronic and pneumatic controllers, regulators, OPP and transducers.

knowledge of the overall natural gas and NGL pipeline industry, pumps stations, and peripheral equipment.

knowledge of API standards applicable to crude/Gas oil measurement.

knowledge of National Electrical Code philosophies and installation requirements.

with computer interface software, networking, and data file management.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

state operating license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).

of any site-specific technical training.

Physical Demands:

physical force to lift, push, pull and hold equipment/tools.

and works at various heights. May work in a standing, sitting, lying down, crouched or kneeling position.

reacts to visual, aural and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work.

bends, stoops, moves from ground level to higher levels, raises/lifts from ground level a load up to 50 lbs., manually transports a load up to 75 lbs., and applies up to 150-foot pounds of torque.

gets into and out of vehicles and rides over rough roads.

may be subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing requirements,

to overtime and call-outs.

Working Conditions:

mostly outdoors, in and around mechanical, industrial and electrical equipment.

to climb about equipment and work in confined areas (i.e. tanks, between compressors, vessels).

be subject to work in hazardous conditions including hydrocarbon vapor, adverse weather conditions, and extreme temperatures.

safety equipment as required.
