Position Overview:

PAXXUS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and support our existing and potential customers across a designated geographical region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing relationships with clients, growing our regional business, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

Client Management and Sales Growth:

Manage the intake of leads from the website, tradeshows, and other sources, and guide them through the internal process from initial contact to completion.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in your assigned region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Actively pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share within the region.

Sales Development and Project Coordination:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.

Present and promote PAXXUS products and services to potential clients, providing detailed product information and demonstrations as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Analyze market trends and competitive activity to develop effective sales strategies.

Assist clients with product trials, providing support and guidance throughout the process.

Work closely with the technical support team to address client inquiries and resolve any issues.Reporting and Communication:

Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and key initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software (Salesforce).Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.

One year of experience in sales, project management or strong technical background

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

Proficiency in CRM software, with Salesforce experience preferred.

Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and project requirements (approximately 35% travel after training).
