What does a Corporate Accounts Manager - Multifamily do at Rinnai?

Manage and oversee functions associated with Rinnai’s Multifamily segment. Implement and oversee development and growth of the Top 100 corporate account partnerships in the Multifamily segment, to include REITS, Owners, Operators, and Management firms. Support Rinnai’s business growth through effective negotiation, national account contract management, development of customer relationships and execution of effective sales growth initiatives to achieve budgeted revenue targets. In conjunction with Director of Corporate Accounts, lead and manage all areas relating to Multifamily, and promote a unified approach to the marketplace. Support national and regional teams to achieve their sales goals, and effectively use promotional investments to maximize ROI and grow share within assigned national accounts. Provide guidance, segment expertise, support and programs to Regional Managers and Sales Directors.

What you will do?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Develop annual sales metrics specific to Rinnai’s Corporate Accounts – Multifamily business segment.

Manage all budgets associated with Corporate Accounts in Multifamily

Ensure pricing to all Corporate Accounts remains within the parameters of the Marketing Plan.

Manage targeted Corporate Accounts to include strategic relationships, pricing, co-operative trading arrangements, (in consultation other applicable parties), advertising and co-ordination of product distribution.

Administer sales programs in accordance with Business Plan.

Develop pricing and rebate strategies within the parameters of the business plan

Develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with Director of Corporate Accounts.

Develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with Regional Managers and Sales Directors for all National Account branches.

Monitor and develop all Corporate Accounts in Multifamily to maximize sales, increase productivity and examine all areas for further opportunities.

Develop long term sales strategies that will increase revenue and grow the relationships at all levels including national account and divisional programs.

Provide strategic direction and ensure implementation of a business plan, including Sales and Expense Budgeting focusing on strategic objectives, segment expertise, sales development, and selling skills.

Promote Corporate Account needs, in consultation with all Sales Managers and agencies to ensure national objectives are achieved.

Work co-operatively with Marketing and Sales team to ensure consistent implementation of strategy.

Analyze Corporate Accounts for trends, price movements and opportunities and communicate to Rinnai Leadership Team.

Develop / Maintain relationships with national architects / engineers involved in design of corporate Multifamily accounts.

Conduct regular business review meetings with major customers.

Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment.

Various projects as requested.

CORPORATE SALES MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Preparation of annual sales forecast and sales budgets to meet business growth targets.

Provide reporting and analysis of sales results and administration.

ADMINISTRATION

Ensure reporting accuracy of sales results and administration.

Awareness and compliance of Company Policies and Procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field and/or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum 7 years senior sales management experience in an organization with diverse product base (preferably gas appliances and or HVAC products)

5+ years’ experience in dealing with the management and implementation of new business contracts and negotiation of contracts.

Demonstrated successful experience managing strategic development and budgeting requirements; leading and motivating dynamic sales teams; building and maintaining business relationships; management of budget / operation effectively maintaining costs and other management requirements.

SKILLS

Proven ability to deal with customers and to negotiate appropriate outcomes.

High level of analytical skills including report writing and formulation of business proposals/reports and understanding financial issues

Excellent oral and written communication skills, to assist in dealing effectively and professionally with customers, staff, and management.

Ability to develop strategies and implement across enterprise.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce

Ability to effectively manage at all levels in a multi-faceted, dynamic environment.

Be able to provide guidance to region managers/directors.

Strong team player.
