Information Technology Manager

As an IT Manager, you'll ensure smooth tech operations across our offices. Responsibilities include providing support to under 40 users, managing workstation updates, database reporting, security/firewalls and more. You'll be supporting two offices.

THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE IN BROOKFIELD, WISCONSIN

Responsibilities:

Support under 40 users, resolving IT issues promptly.

Manage workstation updates to keep systems current.

Assist in transitioning processes to PowerShell automation.

Use SQL for basic database tasks and reporting.

Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.

Maintain Windows Server infrastructure.

Familiarity with Visual Basic is beneficial.

Work with vendors for network security and firewall management.

Collaborate on process improvement with the team.

Communicate effectively with clients when necessary.

Requirements:

MUST HAVES

2+ years of SQL database experience.

2+ years of PowerShell scripting experience.

Proficiency in Windows Server administration.

Plus to Have:

Familiarity with Visual Basic preferred.

Soft skills:

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Occasional travel may be required. (minimal)

Contract to HIRE duration: 3-6 months.

Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually. DOE

Location: Brookfield, Wisconsin

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
