We are looking for a Project Manager for our St. Louis office who will be responsible for the coordination and completion of key client equipment and service deployments. You will be responsible for creating a deployment project plan, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress, and preparing reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

Additional duties include:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deployment projects

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, third parties/vendors, as well as other staff members

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in a project management role

Ability to build trust and establish strong relationships across diverse teams, combined with an ability to influence without direct authority.

Superior analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Strong project and change management skills, an orientation to teamwork, and good cost consciousness.

Strategic thinking ability, adaptability, and innovation combined with the ability to drill into the details when required.
