Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at Rockwell Collins Simulation & Training Solutions. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the simulation and training industry (preferred)
