Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and results-oriented Project Manager to augment our growing company. The Project Manager reports to the Program Manager. Candidate will manage business operations and exercise independent judgement and discretion about matters of significance, be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques, proficient in communication skills with timely follow up, uphold high value for customer service relationships and exemplify our core values.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing residential new construction and rehabilitation activities in a scattered lot environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and complete confidentiality.

Essential process driven functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Supervise the construction and rehabilitation of homes

Maintain aggressive schedules on a daily basis

Manage budgets for each project and generate progress reports

Promote and ensure job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately

Supervise completion of punch list

Work directly with homeowners

Perform quality control inspections

Read and interpret engineered plans

Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Assist with permit applications and inspections

Assist Production Manager with any other related duties as assigned
