Product Analyst

An industry-leading fintech company is looking to hire an intelligent, eager-to-learn, analytically-minded individual to grow and develop into a Technical Program Manager on their team. This group serves the Banking segment which includes primarily banks (but also some insurance companies and corporations with large finance arms) by providing software that delivers actionable insights using proprietary data and industry expertise. This group has SaaS software solutions that help banks price loans, do loan portfolio monitoring/alerting, credit risk calculations, calculate how much capital they need to reserve, develop compliant reports for regulators, etc. BTS creates shared services that are used by all of the Banking OU’s software products (SSO, unified data, integrated platform, integrated analytics, and other shared components). This person needs to be able to learn and understand complex concepts and communicate them in a way that other internal stakeholders can understand.

The ideal candidate has a BS or higher in an applied analytics field (ideally related to quantitative finance), high-level proficiency in SQL & Statistical Programming, professional experience working in an agile environment/working knowledge of agile software development, understanding of financial data including loans/allowance/financial statements/credit risk, and a desire to learn and grow into a Technical Program Manager on this team. This person needs to thrive even under pressure, be hyper-focused on delivering exceptional results, be passionate about being a part of leading-edge projects, and be motivated by delivering world-class products with great architecture on an aggressive schedule.
