Sales Account Executive--Job Profile

Position Summary:

A Sales Account Executive is responsible for growing, and developing the sales along with the profitability of Diamond Envelope Corporation’s products. This job is responsible for consistently achieving sales and profitability goals through the direction, organization, coordination, communication and development of the outside sales efforts.

Working closely with the President and Client Services teams to ensure all customer service needs are being met for the customer(s) is crucial for Diamond Envelope’s success. Diamond Envelope’s mission is to service our customer’s needs by being the best at delivering a high-quality product on time, while meeting all of our customer’s expectations.

Diamond Envelope operates around the clock and when customer demands are high, the manufacturing facility runs 24/7. It will be required to be available by phone after hours to communicate with customers, co-workers, and plant staff to answer questions, and quotes, or handle any issues that may arise. All sales staff have email capabilities on their smartphone for these situations.

This role would be focusing on developing, administering, and executing an individual sales plan that will ensure

customer satisfaction, assigned quota attainment, and a growth in the sales and contribute to the total revenue of the company.

Create, update, and refine your individual annual sales and gross profit plan by implementing sales strategies and analyzing trends and results in conjunction with the President.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Training & Development in Diamond Envelope products, policies & procedures and general sales.

Learn and establish your own methods of:

Prospecting, Hunting & Qualifying

Closing

Consultative selling

Pipeline Management

Overcoming Put-offs & Need for approval

Selling Value

Ability to develop both long-range and short-range (one-year annual) written sales plans including

existing & new business targets, and sales/margin goals consistent with Diamond Envelope

corporation’s stated long-term goals

Learn and utilize the CRM software tool Salesmate

Create individual tracking/activity tools that can be shared with the President and Sales Team on

prospecting and hunting efforts. This should be shared timely, weekly.

Participate in any sales calls and team meetings.
