Technical Analyst (Application Production Support)

Position: Application Support Engineer/ Technical Analyst

Location: Chicago IL 60604 /Hybrid

Duration: 7 Months Contract with possible extension

Job Description:

More technical person troubleshooting, problem management etc

Find out the rout cause, able to troubleshoot issue.

Able to provide training to junior team staff members.

Closely work with development engineering team

Required Skills:

5-7 years' experience in application support

Scripting knowledge (python or shell script)

Similar production support environment

Information security, CyberArk, octa, data recovery, cyber security,

Good underrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Catchpoint, Splunk and AppDynamics

Ticketing tools ServiceNow preferred.
