Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing custom jewelry production and our team of jewelers at Shaftel Diamonds. This includes coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and optimizing production processes. The Production Manager will also collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
