As the Commercial Account Management Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of account managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient and effective management of commercial clients’ insurance needs. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver outstanding service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of account managers, provide guidance & mentorship.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with commercial clients by understanding their unique needs and tailoring insurance solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure service delivery.

Team Performance: Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Ideal Background will include

Experience: 5 years in commercial account management within the insurance industry.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, risk assessment, and underwriting.
