Tort Litigation Attorney

Chicago loop established litigation firm seeking attorney from 1 to 8 years experience. We have a State, Federal and Appellate practice. Attorney will have their own case load which he or she can work up, settle or try. Attorney will also work with senior attorney as a team member on larger cases involving, seriously injured clients, regarding trucking collisions, construction litigation, medical malpractice and products cases. Larger cases are tried as a team so attorney will have opportunity to help try larger cases. Attorney will have opportunity to appear before State and Federal Judges. Argue substantive motions with various courts. Take deposition of witnesses, doctors, engineer experts and others involved in litigation. This firm also does its own appeals in State and Federal Court.

We are seeking a self motivated, energetic attorney who enjoys litigation and the practice of law. This position can lead to a partnership track for the right motivated attorney.
