The Ford Agency is partnering with a boutique, North Bethesda based private equity firm to find an energetic and dynamic HR Manager. This is a great opportunity for a human resources professional who appreciates the professional services environment and can bring their own style to all areas of HR administration including full life-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position is fully onsite, near metro, with fantastic office space!
Responsibilities:
Full life-cycle recruiting for the organization
Including posting job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and all onboarding/offboarding
Manage relationships with HR vendors, recruiting firms, and external consultants
Handle benefits administration, including working with brokers, open enrollment, and enrolling new hires in benefits plans
Act as the main point of contact of HR-related questions, policies, and strategies
Oversee all technical business systems
Manage and maintain insurance policies and overall compliance
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in HR
Experience working in private equity, think tanks, or real estate
Proficiency in HR software, such as HRIS and HRMS
Must be tech savvy and familiar with Mac OS and Microsoft suite
Ability and desire to work in a start-up environment
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
