Job Summary:

Mark Toyota of Plover is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Plover, Wisconsin. As a member of our service department, the Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing professional and efficient automotive repairs and maintenance on a variety of makes and models. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, alignments mount tires and minor repairs

- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues

- Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and provide estimates

- Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or completion of an Automotive Technician program

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- ASE certifications are a plus but not required

- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude

- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

- Must have own tools and be willing to constantly update and maintain them
