TROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline liaison between our customers and agency staff, providing outstanding customer support, while assisting the existing team. Your attention to detail, experience in customer support, and desire to help grow the agency make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by helping processes change to existing accounts and policies.
Schedules appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency employeesQUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Intern
et Explorer)
Bilingual Spanish a plus.
