Are you a skilled maintenance technician looking for a new opportunity? Bowman Pointe Apartments, a luxury apartment community in West Little Rock, AR, is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to join our team. If you have experience in appliance/equipment repair, electrical work, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry, we want to hear from you!

As a maintenance technician at Bowman Pointe Apartments, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our apartment community. This includes hands-on work such as appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry tasks. Experience in HVAC and an EPA certification are a plus.

Requirements for this position include:

a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, HVAC or EPA certification (preferred), and pool operation and maintenance experience (preferred).

Candidates should have a strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, and basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.

The ideal candidate will also be able to take part in our on-call rotation schedule to address maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours.
