We are seeking a licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team! ACAC, Inc is a small, team-oriented practice that prides itself on professionalism and outstanding client care. In this role, you will assess, diagnose and treat psychological disorders, assist clients in progressing toward identified treatment goals, and guide them through life's challenges. We offer professional billing support, intake scheduling, fully electronic documentation and referral sources. ACAC, Inc serves Grand Rapids and Muskegon and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health and/or substance use therapy for individuals

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual sessions

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client information and client progress

Assist with discharge planning and processes, including referrals to community based resources as appropriate

Adhere to all agency and licensing standardsQualifications

Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field

Current and unrestricted state license (limited license therapists encouraged to apply)

CAADC strongly preferred

Previous experience providing therapy preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Experience working with couples, families and children a plus
