The responsibilities of a Service Technician include training, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.

Compensation: $62,000 - $130,000 per year
8-hour shifts
Must be available Saturdays
Responsibilities
Perform work as outlined on Repair Orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs
Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with employers' values in all interactions
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop (preferably OEM dealership or franchise) environment preferred
Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands on skill preferred
High volume mentality
Proficiency in basic computer skills required
Positive attitude
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid Washington State Driver's License (or ability to obtain upon relocation)
Clean driving record
Must be able to drive a manual
